CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Policy:
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours and 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service price. “No show” will likewise be charged 100% of the booked service price. Cancellations 48 hours in advance will result in a fee of 50% of the reserved service price. Cancellation of an appointment made within 24 hours prior will require at least 4 hours’ notice. A failure to provide it will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service cost.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.
In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged, but part or full amount of it may be deducted from your future appointment cost.
We currently do not have any separate policies for covid or other illness related cancellations.
Since we realize that it is easy to forget an appointment made months in advance, all our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance.
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.

Pricing Structure:
- Services are a la carte.
- Some appointments may require a 50% deposit at the time of consultation.
- Blow-dry, Haircuts, & Color balance/glossing services are not included in any color service pricing.
- Highlighting/Balayage services require a color balance service.
- Prices vary upon stylist level and are subject to change based on the services required to complete a job, product used, and stylists availability.
- Every guests needs are different, for an exact price quote we require an in-person consultation.
- Exact pricing for color services will not be given over the phone or via electronic messaging.
- Corrective Colors are charged per hour. Blondorplex is not included in this charge.
- Pricing does not reflect additional product usage.
- We do not ask anyone their age. If service is booked in the wrong age bracket please correct employee before cashing out. Price will not be adjusted after cash out is complete.
- Pricing subject to change on hair health, density and length.
We do not issue monetary refunds. But if your haircut or hair color needs adjusting please contact us within 7 days of the original appointment.
PARKING
Please give yourself ample time to park.
Be cautious of the busier tourist times of the year.
When the blue light is on please park in one of the downtown parking lots or parking garage.
There are a lot of on street free parking spots.
Jan-Mar. after 6pm and Apr-Dec after 8pm parking in the lots become free of charge.
There are spots for 2 hour parking often available on the street in front of the salon.
